Supported nonprofit communication and outreach efforts through content review, website experience recommendations, newsletter support, and communication resource development. Contributed to improving message clarity and accessibility for donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
Task
The primary objective was to strengthen communication effectiveness across digital and community-facing channels. Responsibilities included reviewing and refining content, organizing impact reporting materials, providing website UX recommendations, supporting email newsletter initiatives, and training team members on Canva to enhance communication consistency and engagement.
